Hello I’m Justin Monk, the owner of “A Pane in the Glass”. I started my window cleaning company from scratch 12 years ago and never looked back. Beating the pavement, approaching each customer one at a time. I’ve developed over three thousand relationships with loyal customers during this time. My belief from the beginning is not only offer the best quality service but also build trust trough honesty and good customer service.
I was raised in Cripple Creek, Colorado - I know, I know, You’ve probably heard the song “up on Cripple Creek” Yep it’s the same Cripple Creek the song sings about. From a kid I’ve always had the entrepreneurial drive. At the age of eight, I would pull my wagon filled with fluorite turquoise looking rocks from my Grandmothers mine, down to the local park. Negotiating prices with the tourists passing through and usually selling most of them. Perhaps they bought them because I was a cute little kid. Either way I learned customer service skills very early in life. In my early teen years if I wasn’t mowing lawns, we would hike up to old abandoned turquoise mines usually filling our pockets full of valuable scrap turquoise. In the winter when the snow would start to fall, before it stopped I was knocking on doors with a shovel in hand.
With the valuable experience at this young of an age and through my teenage years, there was no doubt in my mind I could build a successful window cleaning business. So I set forth to build this dream business of window cleaning and named it A Pane in the Glass. We provide honest quality work, great customer service and customer reliability. It seems like yesterday I started cleaning windows, but it’s been 12 years. We have a very strong foundation of over 3,000 customers built the hard way, one at a time. I value my customers and business the same as a kid who pays for their first car. Well ok, maybe not their first car, how about their second :)

Call the office and if we don't answer, someone will call you back within 24 hours. We will give you the estimate over the phone and schedule service. It doesn't get any more streamline than this.
